The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court or seek temporary injunctive relief. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
